Stardust K-Pop Shop ships throughout Italy exclusively via courier : for us it is fundamentally about preserving the integrity of our products as much as possible and offering the best customer experience.
We rely on different couriers based on the type of shipment. These always provide us with a tracking code thanks to which we can monitor the shipment at any time. The code is provided when the order is processed , which occurs after the courier collects the package.
In case of purchase of tube posters, the order will be shipped via express courier only.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping via standard courier, delivery times vary from 3 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) . With express shipping, delivery times can vary from 1 to 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) depending on the area of residence.
When is my order prepared and shipped?
Orders are shipped and processed within 48 hours from the date of purchase of the product. If a product is purchased on Friday (working hours), it will be shipped and processed on the first available Tuesday.
In the case of purchase during the weekend, the order will be prepared and processed within 48 hours starting from Tuesday (remember that Monday is closed together with Sunday - for more information, please consult the "Contact us" page).
Delivery times must be calculated from the day the order is processed , and not from the day it is placed.
What happens if I don't collect my order and it ends up in storage?
Depending on the courier used, the latter will retry delivery on the following working day. If the recipient is not found again, the package will be addressed to the nearest office of the chosen courier.
Any on-site collection costs will be charged to the recipient.
How do pre-orders work?
When purchasing a pre-order product, this will not be processed until the physical receipt of the product on site. If you want to order a pre-order product and one already available in stock, to avoid waiting, we recommend placing two separate orders.
The date of arrival at the office is always indicated in the product sheet itself, and not in the purchase confirmation of the order, nor in the order history. We remind you that the date is indicative, so it could vary.
Every update regarding new products is communicated via newsletter, or via our social networks.
Very often we receive emails and messages from our customers asking us for information on pre-order shipments. We are still a young and growing shop, so the volume of imported products varies monthly. For this reason, waiting times can vary from 2 to 5 weeks per product from the release of the latter in Korea.
We remind you that in the description of pre-order products we always indicate an estimated date of arrival in our warehouses. We therefore ask you to refer to this information during the purchasing process.

How does it work?
If you want to conveniently collect your order directly at the office you can select local collection during check out. Your order will be prepared within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How does on-site collection work for pre-orders?
On-site collection for pre-orders works in the same way. We remember to keep in mind the import period to allow the goods to arrive in Italy.
As soon as the orders arrive in the warehouse we will communicate via email the availability to collect the purchased product.
How long until I can collect my order?
The collection must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the notification email. If the order is not collected, an automatic refund will be made without notice.
If there are problems with collecting the order within two weeks, we kindly ask you to contact us via email.
If I buy a poster or an album with the poster, do I have to buy the tube?
No! For collections it is not necessary to also order the tube, as the poster will already be supplied rolled.
Stardust assumes the right to freely change shipping rates without notice and without having to provide further explanation.
